Has anyone had any experience with the ceramic fuse upgrades from mbcluster.com?

Appreciate any inputs.

Thanks.

The copper fuses are nice, but you can likely find them elsewhere for less... and the ceramics are better than the plastic types (which can melt due to heat).

I've bought several sets of copper ceramics off ebay for small money. Just search Mercedes fuses.

Brass fuses are also an excellent option, as they don't react/corrode like the aluminum ones do. I've only had one fuse melt on me (my wife's former E320 wagon) but it didn't fail.

Wait - did you sell the white wagon, Gerry, or did your wife have a different wagon prior to the current one....?

My wife has had 3 W124 wagons:

White Starmark 1992 300TE M103 wagon we had 1997 to ~2002
Black Starmark 1995 E320 M104 wagon we had 2003 to ~2006
White 1995 E320 M104 wagon we've had 2006 to present (totally optioned out)

All California cars

Gerry

I purchased a set several years ago from this vendor & pitched every old or non-copper/brass fuse from my cars. Good quality stuff, reasonably priced.

Enough fuses in the kit for both my Benzes. No problems whatsoever.
