Those will need ~25mm hubcentric spacers. They will not fit up front, at all, without spacers.

How about a 44mm offset on a 18 inch wheel?

Need to know the width, as offset and width are both needed to determine clearance.

However, almost any wheel ET44 will probably not clear the front strut without spacers; and would probably need spacers on all 4 to fill out the fenders of an E500E.

Yep... 18x8.5 wheel, with offset ET44 will not clear the front strut without spacers; and would need spacers on all 4 to fill out the fenders of an E500E.

    Thanks.
Do you know what spacers I would need to duplicate the fitment of 18-8.5 25 offset and 18-10 25 offset?

Assuming all four are 18x8.5 ET44 and you want the rears to stick out as if they were 18x10 ET25... you'd need ~20mm spacer up front, and a ~40mm (!!) spacer in the rear.

Don't forget these must be hubcentric spacers, and you may run into issues clearing the front grease/dust cap.

And if they are OE MB/AMG wheels with 14mm lug holes, you'll need special bolts too (M12 thread with R14 ball seat). And of course custom length bolts depending on the spacer type.
