Part number request - splash shield

Can somebody knowledgeable confirm that the right side engine bay splash shield(?) number is A1245242030? This is the closest match in EPC I can find... See picture below for clarification, mine would definitely benefit from replacing.

Yes, I believe that is the correct p/n, and it is 036-specific.

Check the driver side as well, these tend to get oil soaked and swell / degrade. You may need to drop the sway bar to R&R without breaking anything.

Ouch! It's expensive! EUR 92 per piece! I definitely have to look close if it can be repaired or maybe get used one...

Yep. They're expensive for a piece of plastic with molded rubber. But, used ones are generally in bad shape too. And only another 036 would be a donor.

Even the ones on junkyards are never any good. I've replaced them on my E500, as well as a white 1995 "Stag-wagen" that I once owned. Sort of a PITA but a good thing to re-do.

Get the .036 versions while they are still available, as I bet this is a "trim" part that is specific to the car that won't be available forever.

The problem is that mine is broken - probably it can be "welded" together again but some parts are missing... We will see when it gets removed from the car.
Thanks for the photos, they just make me (all of us I guess?) jealous...
